Grandmother's Flower Basket combines hexagon flowers reminiscent of grandmother's flower garden quilts & a woven basket to create my third woven basket quilt pattern. Measuring 23" x 21", this wall quilt uses a variety of techniques including quick piecing, applique & woven fabric tubes to create the basket holding three potted flowers. Thirties prints were used in the border to carry out the theme, but a variety of other fabrics would also look great. This charming quilt makes a great addition to any basket lover's home!
