Br’er Rabbit is a character from folklore that often used trickery to survive. The Bear and Rabbit in this pattern aren’t likely to cause any trouble. They are pieced and stuffed and ready to enjoy as pillows or toys. Their scrappy quilt is a study in color value. There are half square triangles made from light/light, light/dark, and dark/dark color value combinations. The piecing includes simple 9-patch blocks and pieced borders.
