Don't throw out those worn denim jeans! Together with some plaid flannel fabrics, they're a perfect match for our Country Denim Stars quilt. Measuring 50" x 60", this applique quilt has edges that fray together to look like chenille & requires no batting. This frayed edge quilt technique is fun & we have included a variation we call Star Brights (inset on large image), which measures 49" x 50" when finished. Both quilt patterns call for fat quarters of flannel in addition to some worn denim jeans; Star Brights uses 18 assorted bright flannels while Country Denim Stars has 20 assorted fat quarters of red & blue flannels.
