DAISY

Red, blue, and yellow is a timeless color combination featured in this traditional sixteen block quilt that features a lovely floral fabric in the borders and the blocks. The twirling “Daisy” blocks are a great way to use up scraps and fat quarters from your stash. In the quilt shown, a variety of red and gold fabrics were combined with the floral and a creamy background fabric. Add a buttery colored fabric border with plenty of room for great quilting, then a snappy red stripe, and you’ll have a quilt to treasure for years to come.
