Use the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal markings to square up any block - up to a 6 1/2" square. The seam allowance is denoted by the black 1/4" marking on all sides. The drilled holes at 1 1/2" to 5 1/2" increments, makes it possible to square up, mark and add the seam allowance to any block. To fussy cut, center a fabric design in the 1 to 6 inch printed solid squares. Mark the fabric through the drilled holes to add the seam allowance to your fussy cut piece. Simply connect the dots and cut to size. Our exclusive embedded gripper dots hold the fabric while cutting when pressure is applied.
