FLANNELS PLAIDS & FLOWERS

Adapted from a 19th century quilt for 21st century quilters, Medallion Star features a central medallion patchwork design surrounded by small eight-pointed stars set with sashing & cornerstones. Measuring 63" square, this pieced quilt can be easily adapted to create a bed quilt by adding rows of small stars to the sides and/or top & bottom. The cover quilt was made from the Benartex Civil War collections by Nancy Kirk, though you may wish to change the quilt's look by choosing more modern designs. Easy to cut with rotary directions, pattern includes "The Fine Art of Binding" & directions for several hanging methods.
