SHINING ELEGANCE

Shining Elegance is a paper piecing applique design that is pictured on a rectangle background of fabric measuring 21.5" x 17.5" to accommodate the fabric design. The face that is shown off-center is another beauty from Africa wearing traditional neck jewelry & face ornaments.
